By accessing or using rscookenterprises.com or engaging the services of RS Cook Enterprises, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any service.

Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the estimated service fee is required to reserve and confirm all services. The remaining balance is due in full upon completion of services. RS Cook Enterprises reserves the right to withhold delivery of goods or final documentation until payment is received in full.

Furniture Restoration & Refinishing

RS Cook Enterprises will exercise all reasonable skill and care in the restoration, repair, and refinishing of furniture and antique pieces. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes on pieces that arrive in severely deteriorated, structurally compromised, or previously altered condition. In rare cases where a piece is assessed as beyond reasonable repair, we will notify the client promptly. RS Cook Enterprises is not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden structural weaknesses, or deterioration discovered during the restoration process.

Auction & Estate Sale Services

RS Cook Enterprises makes no guarantee of financial outcome for any auction or estate sale. Final sale prices are determined by market conditions, buyer attendance, and item demand at the time of the event, all of which are outside our control. We are committed to applying our full expertise and experience to achieve the best possible result, but no specific revenue, sale price, or minimum return is guaranteed or implied.

Limitation of Liability

RS Cook Enterprises shall not be held liable for accidental damage that occurs during the normal handling, transport, or processing of items unless caused by gross negligence. Our liability in any dispute shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Changes to Terms

RS Cook Enterprises reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Refund & Payment Policy

RS Cook Enterprises operates under a strict no-refund policy. A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure all services. This deposit is non-refundable regardless of cancellation reason or timing. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services rendered.
